HALKIDIKI PENINSULA
This Easter our flights to Turkey were cancelled and so we quickly needed to find an alternative to the brilliant Hillside. The Sani resort had been recommended by a few friends and I know they have a high level of repeat business. There are four hotels within the resort, the beach club, the hotel, the village and the suites all lovely but with a slightly different offering.
We decided on Porto Sani Village and loved our week spent there. Although it’s a large resort it really didn’t feel that way due to the clever design. The hotel and grounds are immaculate. Most of the restaurants (and there is lots to chose from) are set around the harbour which is busy in the evening with families promenading pre and post dinner. Its clearly geared to looking after families so everywhere is child friendly and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier but the big win for me was the stunning beach and its crystal clear waters. We will be back!
I’ve just read that Porto Sani was awarded ‘Top 25 Luxury Hotels in Greece” this year so I’m sure it will prove even more popular next year.
